Descibe Roger Federer in one word- Legend. Not only a legendary tennis player, but a legendary sportsman. He played his last ever match alongside Nadal, another great. Ut was really heart-warming to see that rafa Nadal, one of his fiercest rivals, crying silently after the game ended. Federer has won 20 grand slams in his career and is tird behind Djokovic who has 21 and Nadal who has 22.

#3- Nadal winning the Australian Open
Two sets down. Medvedev leads 2-0. It was one of the greatest tennis matches I have ever witnessed. From being 2-0 down to winning the match 3-2 and winning the tournament is something only G.O.A.Ts like Rafa can do. The post-match ceremony was great too, with Nadal calling out to his fans and well-wishers about the support he has recieved. He also went on to say that he was almost going to pull out of the tournament beacuse of an injury, but in the last moment decided to play and who would have expected him to win- simply sensational.

#4- Virat Kohli finally scoring a century
It was a great moment, atleast as a Kohli fan. It was a great innings, aspecially the way he countered the spinners. beautiful strokeplay and controlled attacking. And most importantly converting a good start to a fifty and eventulally converting the fifty to a hundred. It was a relief to see him being back to his best, aspecially with the 2023 ODI World cup approaching.

#5- Morocco's run at the FIFA WC
It was a run that no one expected. They weren't termed as 'dark horses', and they weren't looked to as the best team in Africa, leave alone the world cup, they were absolutely unstoppable-until the semis, of course. They went on to beat Belgium, Canada, Spain and even Portugal- the last one was sad as it was CR7's last World cup match. They were beaten in the semi-finals by France and in the third-place match vs Croatia. But they created history by being the first African nation to make it to the semi-finals.

#9-Virat Kohli's magical innings at the MCG
23rd October 2022. It was the marquee India-Pakistan clash at one of the biggest and best stadiums in the world- the MCG. Pakistan scores 159 batting first and set a target of 160. India was off to a very bad start and was 45-4 in the first 10 overs. Virat Kohli and Hardik anchor the innings and now require 26 runs off 8 balls. What happens next is simply magical. A straight six to Haris Rauf and then flicked over fine leg for six. 16 of 6. Ashwin finishes the match in the last ball to take India through. It is the best innings I have ever witnessed in my life, without a doubt.

#10- Messi wins the WC
We are finally at the last moment of this long list and it's the most sweetest one, even though I myself am a CR7 fan. Messi, one of the most deserving players to win the WC, finally wins the WC after making the finals in 2014. It was a good match as Mbappe went on to score a hat-trick and late drama as the match went on to penalties, eventually won by Argentina.
